Officially authorized as an international testing center for MIT App Inventor Certification and Microsoft MTA International Certification. Developed and launched an online coding learning system and platform, beginning recruitment for online courses.

Students were admitted to National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) Computer Science Department with the highest grade (Level 9) on the APCS exam. Signed a contract with the Taipei City Department of Education to implement OrangeApple coding materials in 210 public elementary and junior high schools across the city.
